This is an event specific course that teaches a more in-depth technical analysis for one event group and how to plan a season. Coaches can sign up for either sprints, endurance, jumps, or throws (including para- throws). 

It is ideal for the school coach, club coach, or parent who is coaching intermediate level athletes at the high school (U18) level and would like to learn more about a specific event group rather than all events.

The theory portion of the course will take place on Saturday, April 13th, while the practical/technical component will be on Sunday, April 14th. The technical component will be hosted outdoors, please be prepared for colder weather.
