Athletics Manitoba is pleased to announce the following office staff updates.
Courtney Friesen will be taking on the new role of Technical Manager, with Brooke-Lynn Boyd transitioning into her new role of Development Manager.
The Technical Manager’s role will be to develop, organize and administer the technical aspects and programs of the Association. This includes (but is not limited to) the development and delivery of annual Athletics competitions, event hosting/event sanctioning support for partners throughout the province, facility bookings, equipment, results, and rankings.
The Development Manager’s role is to develop, organize and administer the community development aspects and programs of the Association. This includes (but is not limited to) managing partner relationships, developing and managing all Rural and Para development projects, coordinating school clinics, MB Games and Regional Team development, as well as managing the U16/U18 Provincial Team program.
