- This competition is the auto-selection meet for the ON vs. QC U16 Dual Meet. U16 athletes that win each event, and have achieved the minimum standard, will be auto selected for the Dual Meet against Quebec in February.
General Information
- Athletes in older divisions will be able to register for this competition.
- Top performing U16 athletes, that have also achieved the U16 Dual Meet standard, will be auto selected for Team Ontario.
- Past or current performances must have been achieved while being a competitive member.

Events Offered:
Individual Track Events: 60m, 300m, 800m, 2000m, 60mH, 1500mRW
Individual Field Events: High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Weight Throw
