This FREE in-person practical session will focus on teaching the basics of long jump and triple jump, as well as an introduction to high jump. Led by Athletics NS coaching lead for Jumps, this session is perfect for new coaches, coaches/teachers working within the SSNS system, or those looking for a chance to ask questions and get information from one of the most decorated coaches in Nova Scotia.
