Boeing Indoor Classic 2023
The Winnipeg Optimist Athletics Club (WOA) is pleased to announce the Boeing Indoor Classic/Manitoba Indoor Provincial Championships for 2023 will be returning after a two-year absence.
We are delighted to have our long-standing partner and sponsor, Boeing Winnipeg, assisting our Winnipeg Optimist Athletics Team to make this 40th. anniversary a continued tradition.
The competitions will be held at the Jim Daly Field House, University of Manitoba March 3rd, 4th. with all age groupings to be offered. The Event will be slightly modified to comply with the continued challenges of hosting competitions at the University of Manitoba.
There will be a Boeing Union Invitational Junior High Relay 4×200 for Grades 7,8,9 boys and girls added to the regular schedule of Age Class Events. There will be no Elementary Relays.
WOA is pleased once again that Boeing Winnipeg will be the title sponsor. The traditional Boeing Medals will continue to be offered and the entry fees will remain the same as in previous years. We will also continue with the KEG Athlete of the Meet for Male and Female, Coach of the Meet Award and Volunteer of the Meet Award, again courtesy of The KEG Steakhouse.
