Bantam, Midget, Junior Provincial Championships Re-Cap
The ON Provincial Championships were a huge success this weekend (March 5 - 6, 2016)! With 225 medalists and +870 athletes (1500 entries), this was the largest meet of the Indoor Season! A special thank you to all our dedicated volunteers and Officials!
Some of the top highlights included:
- Aysia Maurice - 3:58.20 **New U13 record in the Bantam Girls 1200m
- Dakota Goguen - 3:20.31 **New U15 record in the Midget Boys 1200m
- Cameron Ormond - 6:24.08 **New U16 record in the Midget Girls 2000m
- Gabi Dias - 8.84 **New U15 record in the Midget Girls 60mH
- Joseph Maxwell - 19.22m **New U19 and U20 record in the Junior Men Shot Put as well as a new Junior Men’s Canadian Record
