Sultana Frizell (Ottawa Lions TFC) smashed the Canadian indoor weight throw record on her 3rd attempt at the Hal Brown Meet at the University of Toronto’s Athletic Centre, earlier today. Her throw of 23.32m surpassed her previous best of 22.00m set just over a month ago in New York.
