This FREE in-person practical session will be focused on teaching the basics of shot put, discus and javelin. Led by Jodi Langley, the Athletics NS coaching lead for throws, this session is perfect for coaches new to the throwing events, coaches/teachers within the SSNS system, or anyone looking to ask questions and gain insight from one of the province's best coaches!
