This in-person workshop is designed for teachers and coaches working with athletes in ALL Track & Field events. It covers modules #6-7 of the Athletics Sport Coach Course and it falls into the NCCP Instruction Pathway.
In addition to learning the basic technical progressions for the running, jumping and throwing events, coaches will also discover the do’s and don’ts of age-appropriate strength training and how to put together a weekly training program.
