Applications for community programs that will start between January 1, 2018 and April 30, 2018 will be accepted to review until Friday, November 10 at 11:59PM EST. Successful applicants will be advised in December 2017.

As part of the application, you must upload a detailed budget using the template provided here. Please download the fillable PDF budget template and complete prior to your submission.
Our application system is designed to automatically close at 11:59 PM EST on Friday, November 10 at which point applications will no longer be accepted for programs that will run between January 1, 2018 and April 30, 2018.
