HASC Athletics Program Information:
The HASC Athletics program is free for both able bodied athletes and athletes with a disability; equipment will be provided if needed.
Where: Mohawk Sports Complex Track – 1100 Mohawk Road East Hamilton ON
When: Sunday May 6th 2018 – Sunday August 26th 2018
(The program will run on Sunday mornings, except on holidays or long weekends)
Time: 10:00am – 11:30am
