On Sunday April 15th, Athletics Ontario, in association with Cruisers Sports for the Physically Disabled, will be hosting a “Try It†day for coaches looking to learn the ins-and-outs of coaching seated throws and wheelchair racing. Coaches are invited to partake and assist in a practice with the Cruisers, and then spend time with Ken Hall learning coaching styles, proper form, and will even have the opportunity to get into the chairs themselves!
