Welcome Hailey Kjaer to the BC Athletics Team

BC Athletics is very pleased to announce and welcome Hailey Kjaer to the staff of BC Athletics. In her role as Coordinator - Officials/Coaches Development and Marketing & Communications, Hailey will assist with Officials and Coaches Recruitment and Workshop Planning together with leading Marketing and Communications for BC Athletics.

Hailey, originally from Lantzville, is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business, brings with her, work experience with Streamline Athletes, RBC Training Ground as an UBC Ambassador and as a Javelin Coach with the Vancouver Thunderbirds.

While at UBC Hailey was a Varsity athlete in both Softball and Track & Field, continues her training and competing in the Javelin. Brian Thomson, Chair BC Athletics Officials Committee and Jennifer Brown, Coaching Education Lead are delighted to have Hailey on board, as Coaches and Officials are foundational for ongoing athlete development and the provision of competition opportunities in British Columbia.
